Free Shipping
Our online store now offers free shipping for domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering and could take up to 2 business days to be delivered.
For orders for the rest of Europe the cost is 20€ and could take up to 3-4 business days and for the rest of the world the cost is 25€, which takes up to 7 business days to be delivered.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. For domestic addresses we ship with local courier and for Europe and the rest of the world we ship with DHL/FEDEX. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
