• Greece: Free shipping via ELTA Courier (1-3 business days). Cash on delivery is available for €5.
• Store Pickup: Collect your order from our workshop in Heraklion by appointment.
• EU & Cyprus: DHL or FedEx (2-3 business days). Free for orders over €1000; otherwise, €20.
• Rest of the World: DHL or FedEx (5-7 business days). Free for orders over €1000; otherwise, €25.

• Returns: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and documents included. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
