100%! All our pieces are made of gold and never plated. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them forever.
All of our pieces are handmade by our goldsmiths in our workshop.
We use refined gold and our stones and diamonds are certified. The certificate guarantees the authenticity of a stone and helps to compare with similar stones in the market.

Shipping
Our online store now offers free up to 2 days shipping for domestic addresses, regardless of what you order.
If you live in Greece a local courier will deliver to you. For the rest of Europe plus worldwide, DHL/FEDEX will deliver to you.
Shipping inside Greece will take up to 2 business days to be delivered regardless the shipping address. For the rest of Europe it will take 3-4 business days and for the rest of the world up to 7 business days to be delivered.
As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the following day. Our courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at info@goldenmaze.gr and we will let you know where your package is.

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 15 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

When the return shipment has been processed, the purchase sum will be on your account within 5 business days.

Billing
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, paypal and viva payments.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:
Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

For orders outside Greece you can track them at shipper’s website (DHL/FEDEX). For domestic orders please email us at info@goldenmaze.gr and we will give you an update.
We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
