Initially establishing the renowned brands Golden Group and 3D Design, we laid the foundation for innovation and excellence in custom jewelry. Building on this legacy, we proudly launched Golden Maze – an e-shop dedicated to timeless creations that blend tradition with modern elegance.

When you choose Golden Maze, you’re choosing a trusted brand with a proven reputation and a commitment to excellence. Our pieces are designed to celebrate life’s most precious moments, reflecting the beauty of your journey.

At Golden Maze, we believe that proper care is essential to preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. Each piece is crafted with precision and designed to be cherished for generations. Here are some tips to ensure your treasures remain as radiant as the day you received them:

Everyday Care:
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions that may damage the metal or gemstones.
- Remove your jewelry before engaging in activities like swimming, exercising, or household cleaning.

Storage:
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.
- Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Cleaning:
- Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore its shine.
- For more intricate pieces, use warm soapy water and a gentle brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Professional Maintenance:
- We recommend a professional inspection and cleaning to ensure your jewelry remains in perfect condition.
- If your piece requires resizing, repair, or refurbishment, our expert craftsmen are here to assist. You can send your jewelry via our partnered courier service, or you can visit us at our workshop at Minoos 38-40, Heraklion.

Special Care for Diamonds and Gemstones:
- Diamonds and gemstones should be cleaned gently to avoid loosening their settings.
- Protect softer stones like pearls or opals by avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture or heat.
